We are not owned or operated by any Credit Bureau, including Trans Union, Experian or Equifax. We simply provide their credit reports to consumers like you through established credit report providers. Any Trademarks are used for descriptive purposes only and belong to thier registered owners

Receiving your Credit Report
To request a copy of your credit report or credit score, use the menu on the left. We offer an online order form that makes the process fast and easy. If you have any concerns about an order you have made, please use the contact information below to reach us. We want your experience here to be positive and friendly!

Credit Disputes
We do not handle credit disputes. You will need to contact each credit bureau individually to contest an error on your report(s). We have provided their contact information below for your convenience.

Protecting Your Privacy
Many customers have asked us how they can opt out of receiving promotional marketing from bureaus. You can opt-out of direct mail offers by having your name and address removed from mailing lists obtained from the main consumer credit reporting agencies: Trans Union, Experian, Equifax, and Innovis. Just call 888-5OPTOUT (888-567-8688)

New Customers
If you are not a current customer, but would like further information regarding our credit reports, please send us an email. This allows us to quickly expedite your request by sending it to the appropriate person. You can expect a response within 48 hours.

Existing Customers
If you are an existing customer and either have a general question regarding the services provided to your organization or would like to get in touch with your Representative, please email our customer service team for a prompt response.
